CitiMark Companies is the umbrella organization that consists of CitiMark Capital Group, LP; CitiMark Properties, LLC; and CitiMark Maintenance.  At this time, the CitiMark entities have strategic relationships with partners and/or contacts in Tennessee, Mississippi, Ohio, Iowa, Kentucky and Illinois.

CitiMark Capital Group, LP, was formed to establish an ownership entity in investment real estate.  Between 2004-2007, we will use our investment pool to acquire quality and value-added investment properties in Ohio and other geographic areas within 900 miles of southwest Ohio.  The goal is to create a synergy of property types and neighborhoods.  Currently plans are underway to invest in 800-2800 units in the Midwest and deep South.

CitiMark Properties, LLC, is the property management and brokerage operation for owned properties, fee-managed property assets, leasing, and investment sales.  Currently, we are expanding our operations in the Columbus, Ohio area.

CitiMark Maintenance provides routine and emergency services for owned and fee-managed properties.
